How can I Record UI flow through Power Automate Desktop Version Web Recorder to Record Dynamics 365 forms?

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm trying to record Web UI Flow through Power Automate Desktop version for my Dynamics 365 CRM forms, after recording as I run UI Flow, it fills data in form field and at same time it remove data from form field.

Please help,

Hi @MAqib

You could try building your desktop flow manually, using the Web Automation actions.

If you are still facing issues, please share some screenshots so that we can better understand the issue.

Thanks for your time.
Data is populating in below fields but as I hover mouse curser on any of these field then field
data get remove automatically. This is only happening in case of dynamics 365 form.

Hi @MAqib

You could also try populating the fields using the "Send Keys" actions instead. Do you still face the same issue?

I'm using UI Picker to select element and providing some hard code value.

That is the right way to do it. Since it works with other pages as well, then looks like a limitation of this specific web page.
As an alternative, you could also try populating the fields with the Mouse & Keyboard actions:
Have in mind that the page should be focused prior to sending the keys, because the above action uses the actual keyboard to send the keystrokes.

Hi @PetrosF-MSFT

Hope you are doing well.

My goal is to fill web form with help of Power Automate Desktop APP . I was able to record( Webrecorder ) my process > filled all fields(with help of populate text filed command). When I run my flow > flow navigated to webform, entered data in all text fields and click Save.(When flow clicked "Save" button, my web form fields are not recognizing data in text fields but when I try manually entering data I'm able to save data on web form(Dynamics365)). Do you have any suggestions for me ?
