How to restore deleted flows?

I had 3 team flows I was sharing with other team members. I had asked them to delete the ones they weren't using but now it has deleted them out of my team flows and I need them back!

What do I do, How do I get them back? I tried the admin center and it's empty as well.

Help!

If you contact support, they should be able to restore your deleted Flows for you - https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

Acknowledging that this is an old thread, but I had a similar issue recently. Specifically, I had associated 2 flows with a solution that was deleted -- along with the flows.

Luckily, I was still in a testing phase and had a few failure notifications.
Clicking the links in the notification take you to the flow runs page where you can then "Save As" to pull a copy of the flow back into your cloud flows.

I know this is an old thread but I found a solution from the below post and mentioned this here to support others in the future.
In this post, you would see two ways using (Power Automate and PowerShell) to restore deleted flows within 20 days of deletion. Also, you need to have an admin account or connect to admin and share these steps.
