send email with attachment

Hi I have tis issue and I hope someone could point me in the right direction?

I have a MS Form because I need to collect responses for external customers. In that form I have a flow "Record Form Responses in SharePoint", so far so good.

In my MS Form I have a field "Email" should be nice havinng a confirmation email justa in case of any mistake"...anyway.

So I am using that field to send a confirmation to my external customer but I need to include an attachment. whjat I have so far is this flow:

Should I use this option instead? if so any help? I am not familiar with this.

BTW, I just add the following to the last step and I get a file but without extension.

Please fill the pdf file attachment name in the Attachments Name-1 field as screenshot below:

Thank you. this works. BUT... what if my forms on SOMETIMES attach a document? When a document isn't attached, the PARSE JSON fails and the automation doesn't work. Anyway to add a condition?
