Hello, I'm currently using the template Request approval (everyone must approve) for a selected file.
Now I want to send a notification each time anyone repondes. I.e. I want to trigger an action every time anyone respondes. Is there a way to do this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
All Approvals are stored in different Dataverse tables. Here you will find the detail of all tables used: Working with approval tasks in Dataverse • Tomasz Poszytek, Business Applications MVP
Therefore, you could create a new workflow everytime that triggers every time a record is updated in the "Approval Request" table.
