How to create a notification flow for Sharepoint list?

Hello everyone,

I could need help to create a notification flow for a SharePoint list.

The list contains a column named “equipment”. Dependent on the content, the flow should send a message into different Teams channels.

The trigger to start the flow is clear – When an item is created (or modified)

In the next step I want to select the content, for example: If equipment is equals to “backpack” post a message to channel A. With this settings the flow canceled with inputs, no inputs.

Do I need a other action?

Hi @Anonymous

When you have multiple possible values, and want to have different workflows for each. You can use Switch Action.

I set up a simple flow and you can refer to below screenshots.

This is my test list.

When a new item is created in list and equipment value is equal to 'backpack', the message will be posted to the corresponding channel.
