Power Automate Flow Status says running for a long time.

Hi Everyone,

I have a flow and it has been running for months now without issue. The flow involves Microsoft Forms, Outlook Calendar, and Approvals. When a user submits a form, the dates are added to a calendar and a request for approval is submitted through Teams. This morning, it stopped working. I've attached my flow. Any idea about what is causing the delay or for it to not work? Thanks!

Here is a screenshot of the flow and where the flow is delayed:

Why do you have two triggers? A flow should only have one trigger. Having two isn't supported and unusually won't work.  Not sure why its been working, but its not a supported configuration.

Pstork1, thanks for your response! I tried developing the flow with only one trigger, but when I remove the "When a Response is Submitted1" trigger, it will not populate Dynamic Content for the For Each action. When I remove the first trigger, "When a response is submitted", then it says that I need a trigger. I don't know why it does that. Any idea about why? It's been working this war for two months, with frequent form submittals, but stopped today. It doesn't say that it failed, it just has a long run time and I am not sure if the request will finally go through.

You need to use the Get Response details to get the dynamic content passing it the Response ID from the trigger.

Thank you! I reworked the flow and removed one of the triggers. I thought that I needed 'For Each' in order for it to work, but it works without that. I appreciate your help!

You only need the for each if SplitOn is disabled in the trigger.  If it is enabled each form submission will trigger a separate instance of the flow.

Thanks Pstork1. I am still learning a lot about Power Automate, so I appreciate your help. I am running into an issue with the same flow that I described above. The flow works when I remove one of the triggers, but now I am getting duplicate approvals and the flow is not detecting my condition. The flow works properly up until the Send Email action. From that point, Condition 1 says if Respondent's email is equal to certain emails, then for True, then Get calendar view of events(v3) based on the current and get future time. The next Condition says create an approval for Manager1 if the Condition(Get calendar view of events Subject is equal to Manager1 Out of Office) is true, send the approval to Manager2. If Condition is False, then send approval to Manager1. And the Create an Approval - 3 action goes to Manager 2 if certain emails are not listed in Condition 1. The flow succeeds, but it is not doing what I intended it to do. Instead, it is sending a request to both managers and depending on which email is submitted from the MS Form, one of the Managers gets 3 approval requests and the other manager gets 1 approval request. It's as if the condition is not being detected. I've attached a copy of the flow. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
