Microsoft Power Automation Vorlage - "Kontakte aus einer SharePoint-Liste in eine Office 365-Kontaktliste kopieren" funktioniert nicht richtig, wird als zu langsam gemeldet.

Ich bekomme jedoch immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
Die Leistung des Flows ist möglicherweise langsam, da er seit 24.1.2023 22:08:14 (Vor 1 Woche) mehr Aktionen als erwartet ausgeführt hat. Der Flow wird deaktiviert, wenn die Anzahl der Aktionen nicht reduziert wird.

 

 

Da es eine Vorlage von Microsoft ist dachte ich mir, es sollte auch ohne Probleme funktionieren.

    Hi @PLP-Lackner,

     

    It looks like you are referring to the template "Copy Contacts from a SharePoint List to the Office 365 Contact List":

    Unfortunately that template is not entirely up to date anymore, it looks like it is using a deprecated Create contact action:

    Since that template has been published a new version of the Create contact has been released:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/connectors/office365/#create-contact-(v2)

     

    I also see the template does not use any Filter Query in the Get items. That might also help with the processing time. You probably only want to sync contacts which have been recently updated/modified in the SharePoint list.
