What is the procedure for sending an email with multiple file attachments in Power Automate?

Hi.
I'm sure you have a similar question, but I just can't figure it out, so please let me know.

I have created a flow using this page as a reference.

Advanced | Flow of the Week: Send multiple attachments on a single email

I do receive emails with multiple file attachments, but for some reason I receive the same email twice.

Where did the error occur and why is the email being sent twice?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Assuming your flow does not contain any other loops, could it be your flow is being triggered by multiple files being added/created in your OneDrive?

Thank you for your answer.

Yes, this time the flow is There are multiple files created in the "testfolder".

I understood that this flow will be executed for one file and emails will be delivered as many times as that file is created.

What flow would work correctly to send all the files added to the folder in one email?
Would I first get a list of the files in the folder?

You can create a scheduled flow that runs every 5/10/15 minutes etc and copy files over based on timestamp.

I am interested to see how it will be used in the flow I have created.
Can you please teach me how to scheduled flow that runs every 5/10/15 minutes etc and copy files over based on timestamp.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Sorry, I've just realised you were using OneDrive which does not have a created date. There are two options which I can think of:

Option 1

Create a scheduled flow that monitors a staging folder, sends an email with the files and then moves the files into another folder

Option 2

Flow 1 - Leave the flow to be triggered when a file is created in your OneDrive. However, it will create a list item into a SharePoint list with the file path

Flow 2 - Scheduled flow to query the SharePoint list to get the file paths, email the files and then delete the list items.

I am sorry for the delay in replying.

Thank you for your answer.
However, I can't use share points in my company.
It would be preferable to be able to complete the project using only OneDrive, but it seems to be difficult, so I give up.
