Using a Form Response to Trigger Flow

my goal is to upload microsoft form response to different sharepoint lists based on one question, "which is which department do you work for?" the answers to this question are CCST, IR, VAT, & RACU. I can't figure out how to build that trigger part based on the response to the department question. Any help is appreciated. I tried following this example https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Using-specific-answers-in-Forms-as-conditions-in-a-flow/td-p/190305 but it gives me an error stating "The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@triggerOutputs()?['body/resourceData/responseId']' is of type 'Integer'. The result must be a valid array."Screen Shot 2021-08-17 at 11.15.42 PM.png

    Hi @MatthewSinner

According to your description, you want to upload From response to different sharepoint lists based on the answer of 'which is which department do you work for'.

You can take a try with Switch Action.

I set up a simple Flow, you can refer to:

    This is my test Form:

This is my test lists, the other three lists have the same column:

    Flow in details:

When a new response is submitted with select CCST

The new item will created in CCST list

If a new response is submitted with select IR.

The new item will created in IR list.
