Hello,

I want to create a flow, that every Monday sends an approval reminder to our colleggaues about all the elements, that are in the stage "Afsendt" for them.
I'm having a hard time starting this up. Does anyone have an idea on how i can create this flow. So far i'm having the following:
But i'm not sure how i can make the emails for the specific assigned persons, and only for the "Afsendt" stage :)

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,
Emilie

    hey

you wont need the filter array step, you can also put the same in the filter query of your get items action Just put Svar eq 'Afsendt'.
This will only collect the items with this status.

then you would need a send email action where u can pick the person from the Tildelt column.

you can also do it like here:

if my reply helped, please mark my answer as verified,

    cheers

    Hey Emilie

I would use the filter querry option in your Get Items like this
    Svar eq 'Afsendt'
this way you only get the records with state 'afsendt'
To map it to each person you can the filter array option
Instead of Svar you can use the Column Tildelt and in the and on the other side try this Article to get a a table with only the distinct value of your column.

    This should meet your requirements.

If this solvede your porblem please accept it as solution so others can find it as well.

    Thank you @DBO_DV and @mmbr1606.
I have added the Svar eq 'Afsendt', and not get the output i want.

However i want all of the document lines in one email, not in multiple, which i'm finding your solutions are one email per document, and that is not the intention :)

Can i use the link: Get Distinct Records using the union expression in Power Automate - That API Guy (thatapiguy-mxk9d.ondigitalocean.app) to get a list of the documents and then send the list in one email to the assigned person?

    Thank you in advance!

Yes that's why i've send you the link.

Because with that and the select you can create a table that you put in the Email. You could use the Create HTMl Table to create th table you will add in your mail.

this way you would only send one mail for every person.

If this solvede your porblem please accept it as solution so others can find it as well.

@DBO_DV i tried too follow the link, however i've not really used the Variables in Power Automate before.

Following the link i would assume that the "Value" of my array variable, must be the "Tildelt" colum (the colum where my persons is stored) and then i would get a list of all the persons who should recieve an email.
But i wont allow me to put the "Tildelt" colum in value:

    Hey Emilie,

The problem is not your column.
A variable has to be initalized before you can use it in power auotmate (Basically the container has to be created).
You can not initialize it in an apply to each loop (otherwise it would try to create a Container with the same name for every loop).
You need to initialize it outside and Before the apply to each loop. To initalize it you dont need to put any data in it. Just let it be an empty container.

The variable is just to demonstrate a table. You already have a table.

But you can just jump this part of the blog and get directly to the compose part.

In your compose you woul put this:
    union(outputs('Get_items')?['Tildelt'],outputs('Get_items')?['Tildelt'])
be sure to replace the Outputs part with the Dynamic value from your Sharepoint table.

If this solvede your porblem please accept it as solution so others can find it as well.
If it helped in any other way consider liking it so we can keep supporting eachother.
