Bulk Share Flows - Is it Possible?

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have built a ton of flows.

I used my Service Account to create all the flows.

I have identified a need for my normal account to be able to access these flows.

Is it possible, somehow, to bulk share or add another account to all my flows at once?

Or am I stuck going through each one, one by one?

    Hello,

I think you can have a look at set-adminflowownerrole powershell function to set ownership of a flow from a powershell script

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoft.powerapps.administration.powershell/set-adminflowownerrole?view=pa-ps-latest

    Best regards,

    Alaa

    Hi @alaabitar how are you?

@alaabitar I think you can use the suggestion given by my colleague and also I would like to suggest the Power Automate Manager and Power Automate for Admins connector. With them you can build a flow to execute those operations, maybe in a schedule flow that gets flows created las day or even an instant flow.

    Follow bellow the documentation about:

Power Automate for Admins - Connectors | Microsoft Docs

Power Automate Management - Connectors | Microsoft Docs

    Best regards
