Hi i am sorry for posting this i am sure the answer is simple but i just cant figure it out.

I have a flow that

When a File is created it Starts an approval. if the approval is approved it creates a file in sharepoint library. I have just noticed if the file names are the same the file overwrites the original file, so i need to add a datetime to the filename.

thanks in advance

Nat

    Hi @Nat

    You can use a concat function in Filename fields of create file action, example:

    concat(formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-dd'), <File Name>)

    Hi @Nat,

    When you input function, you should add the "@" tag before the expression or enter them in the Expression on the right box, for example:Annotation 2020-03-31 144316.png
