Converting Survey123 Epoch Time to Readable String

This is my first flow in Power Automate and I am trying to convert a DateTime field to a readable string format (as well as convert to Pacific Standard). I have read several blogs and forums about this (see links below). My workflow is currently as follows:

I have also tried addseconds('1970-1-1', Div(triggerBody()?['feature']?['attributes']?['Today_Date'],1000) , 'yyyy-MM-dd').

 

However, no matter what I do, I get the same error:

Does anyone have ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Hi @BElizabeth,

     

    This is due to the wrong input method of your function.
    When you input an expression, you should type them on the right side where have an Expression box:
