Upload File From PC to SharePoint?

I have a Power Automate Desktop flow which downloads an Excel file from the internet to my C: drive. I now want to upload that file to a SharePoint document library. Does anyone know how to do this?

I have the same question (0)

    Dear CP153319,

You can use a normal 'Move file' in the File options menu if you have the relevant sharepoint site synched with via your OneDrive. As such you will have your sharepoint represented locally on your drive and continiously synched.

To set up this 'Sync', go to the sharepoint online in the browser and in the relevant page (Documents) click the 'sync' link.

PAD will move the file to a 'local' location and the sync function from OneDrive will put it up to your sharepoint.

If this helps and offers a solution, please state so in this thread.

    Happy flowing,

    Koen

I read about syncing the document library with OneDrive on another forum and that worked perfectly. Will mark Koen5's answer as the solution.

    Hello,

sincerly I experienced some issue in OneDrive syncing on my personal pc, so I don't trust it.
That's why, for Office document, I rely on tthe Office suite , i mean:
if you log on to the Office suite with an account that has writing permission on the sharepoint, you can open/save files just by using the URI of the file.
All the authentication issue are delegated to the Office application.
If I need to upload an xlsx file, I use "Open Excel" activity with parameter "run and open the following document" (usually it is already open, cause i did some work on it)
Then I use "Save Excel" specifying the URI of the Sharepoint as destination folder.

IMHO this is a bit more robust since if there is an error in the upload you can control within the flow.

Thank you for this @Koen5  - as a follow up question, if they are images that are uploaded, how can I get a direct link to that image once it has uploaded?

I'm trying to post a screenshot of a webpage that my PAD flow takes to a Teams channel, but I can't seem to get the image URL correct (or PAD doesn't like it as it contains underscores and such and says 'bad payload for the incoming webhook').

Thread is here - How to format URL link for Teams incoming webhook? - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Thanks for any help you can give.
