Thanks for the quick response. I am a big fan of starter templates. To me, it's most useful if you can get started with a solution and extend it to fit your needs. That's why I like the document automation one a lot.
Other scenarios I still see at clients are scenarios like service desk automation (automated ticket classification
etc.), also as a starter template, or maybe as multiple editions (for instance 1 for service now, and 1 for Zendesk etc).
