can I enter more than one string in the subject filter for a flow to move an incoming email to a folder?

I want to have incoming emails with "RA" or "RA Services" or "RAS" in the subject line all moved to the same folder.  Do I need to create 3 flows, or can I add all three strings to the subject filter and divide them with something like a comma?

Thanks!

    Hi @MsPeg ,

You could add to condition check if subject line contains these strings and set the logic to or.

Hi all, further on this, I added some conditions to email subjects to filter out certain keywords. I added checkboxes, saved them, but when I exit the flow and click back into Edit, the checkboxes are now unticked. As such, the filters are not working and the next action is not completed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Frame 2: Checkbox ticks disappear after closing the f,ow, returning to 'My Flows', then going back to edit this flow:

Wondering if this ever got resolved.  I recall between 2020 and 2021 having similar issues with setting the "and" / "or" condition logic and PA simply ignoring the inputs to continue the flow instead of stop it when conditions were not met.

That said,   is there a way to use the subject filter within the "email arrives (V3)" step and have 2 or filter statements like "failed", "timed out", "RE", or "FW"?  I imagine this might work like an "else if" condition statement, but not sure if its possible within this process step.

@ninjaryder1st You can't do advanced filtering in the trigger action, it only accepts basic string filtering.

You'll have to use Switch or Condition actions after the trigger for more advanced and multi-layer filtering.

I am trying to filter out either Approved or Denied in the Subject line, but I can't get it to work. I tried the Condition option, but it didn't work. I tried to let Copilot create  an expression (contains('Approved,Denied, 'Approved') but it doesn't work either. I don't want to have to build 2 flows for this to work. I know there has to be a way. Any help would be appreciated.
