Hi,

I am trying to create a Power Automate flow that creates a Folder in a SharePoint Document Library when triggered, updates the folder to add an email we get from an external source and then send an email to an external user with a sharePoint link to the Folder. Allowing them to upload documents to the folder, my flow works, however for some reason it only create and shares a link with view access, I need it to be edit access so they upload documents to the folder.

I have attached a png of a portion of my flow.

Thanks

    Change the role in your code from 7 to 2. You may also need to change the LinkKind from 6 to 5.  Here's a list of the different settings available. Not all settings will work together.

    LinkKind 0 = Unititialized

      1 = Direct

         2 = OrganizationView

         3 = OrganizationEdit

         4 = AnonymousView

         5 = AnonymousEdit Allows use of Expiration formatDateTime(addDays(utcNow(),1),'yyyyMMddT000000')

         6 = Flexible (Normally used for Sharing Links)

    Role   0 = None

         1 = View

         2 = Edit

         3 = Owner

      4 = LimitedView

         5 = LimitedEdit

         6 = Review

         7 = RestrictedView

         8 = Submit

         9 = ManageList

    HI @Pstork1 ,

    Is there a resource available to share where this infomation is stored, I want to be able to change more of the values but not sure e.g. I want to be able to set an expiration whether that be a specific date or after a number o days but not sure?

    Thanks

    I've never seen it documented anywhere. I developed that list using trial and error and Fiddler to watch the calls from SharePoint. If you look at the sharing interface in SharePoint there are some things that can't be used together. For example expiration date and password are only usable in certain circumstances.
