Hi,

I have an Excel file which resides to our SharePoint site.

I already has a flow wherein if the Status field has been changed to Completed, the Status field in SharePoint List will be updated. Now, I want to delete row right after I update the item in SharePoint List.

Basically, delete a row in excel table when Status is equal to Completed.. How do I do that? Kindly help? Thanks

    Hello @jaina ,

You can use the "Delete a row" action from Excel Online connector. Pass the parameters as

    1. Location - Select the SharePoint Site
    2. Document Library - Select the Library where your Excel File is residing
    3. File - Select the File in question
    4. Table - Select the Table in the File
    5. Key Column - Select the Column from the table based on which you will identify which row to delete
    6. Key Value - Pass the Value which should be matched in the Key Column to locate the row to delete
