Agent Flows NOT running properly

I have a simple flow that is triggered by the agent. It will send some text. Populate a word template with the text, then send it in a email back to me. I added the flow as tool on a test agent. When It runs to tool this is what I get.
 
 
 
as you can see it sends a blank line and then does nothing. the flow is never triggered, here is a screenshot of my flow.
 
There is only one input. The document only has one field. It is hosted in sharepoint which I have access to. All of the connectors are good. When I test the flow directly in the agent flows tab it will run, however when I use the agent it wont work at all and send a blank line and keep the processing icon running as its "In Progress". I did have a respond to agent completion at the end of the flow but the same thing happens and nothing is returned.

    i am guessing you have some Topic for this thing?
     
    Either way, my guess is your authentication is incorrect, that's why its sticking like that. As for the blank line, again I would assume you have a Topic that is triggered and then you call your Tool (aka flow?)
     
    can you share that please.
     
    Also if you go to the Flow itself powerautomate.com and look at it, you will either see no executions from when you do it outside of test, or you will and there are failures.
     
    I would go there and check that too.
     
    I notice you also do not have a Respond to prompt from your Tool, so you aren't sending anything back to let it know the flow is done?

    Hello, thanks for the reply Michael, I made a test agent to see the problem. Here is a screenshot of my input and the tool itself

    And yes there are not runs, even failures from the agent unless I test directly in power automate. I checked all of the connections, the file is hosted on sharepoint and I am sending with my account, all which I have access to. Anythoughts?

    Can you try or look at 2 things for me please
    In the below, can you click Additional Details and show me what is there
    Also for the Text, can you intentionally Hard code something (using customize) instead of Dynamically fill.
     
    Feel free to take the picture of the Additional Details and then change the text. I want to validate something if that is ok

    Here you go! I will say this is in a Dev power platform Environment. I have found some information that certain flows do not work if they are not in the default environment.

    This link is for the sharepoint trigger but leads me to believe that I have something configured wrong on the Environment. I am looking and would appreciate more insight. Thank you!

    Okay everyone I found out the fix. Every time you update a power automate flow you have to refresh the credentials in the 'Connection Settings' tab of the agent settings in copilot studio... there are no alerts that the connections are stale...

    I am looking to try to reproduce this
     
    as much details about your Agent so I reproduce it the exact same way please feel free to share.
     
    I will attempt based off our images, but any details, including license/any specifics you have that I should know about etc

    Hello Michael,
     
    The problem was every time I updated my workflow it would make the connection stale in the agent settings. Once I refreshed the connection everything worked. The agent gives no error if the connection is broken which is very annoying. I appreciate your help!

    I'm experiencing exactly the same issue—it was working fine before July 15, but it stopped functioning properly afterward.

    Hello PrashantSmp, make sure to check the connection settings in the agent settings. Everytime you update the flow the permissions go 'stale' and need to be reset.
