Hi all,

I'm new to power automate. I'm hoping to see if I can get some help with a problem.

I would like to create a Flow that will send an email to multiple email addresses that are read from a table in excel.

An example of the table in excel i have is below:

an example of how i'd like the email to automatically send is below:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

This is how I would likely get what you're after.

For this example, I'm using the following Excel Table.

See full flow below. I'll go into each of the actions.

List rows present in a table gets all the rows in my Table.

Select Names and Select Emails are both Select actions that return a simple array of Names and Emails respectively. Note that for Map I'm using text mode (see arrow on screenshots below).

Send an email uses a join expression to join the Emails by a semi-colon, and the Names by a comma and space. The expression used are below:

    join(body('Select_Emails'), ';')

    join(body('Select_Names'), ', ')

    Thanks so much GrantJenkins,

    Problem solved!

I did come across a small issue with the expression reading the Select Email and Select Names action. However, i noticed this was because I never changed the name of the Select action to 'Select Emails' and 'Select Names'. Once i realised this, everything worked.

    Thanks!
