Flows stops because of Bad Gateway 502 Error

Hi, few days ago my flows still work fine but after I tried to make changes on Azure Active directory to let people outside my organisation can sign in to Planner, all the Power Automate flows stoped.
For example, one of my flow cannot create attachment files in sharepoint.

I am not sure if it is because of my updates in Azure active directory or not.
I followed the below video to make changes, it said it will take 24 hours for my changes to take effect but it has been 5 days since my flows stop.

From my backend it said the Azure AD connection is not enabled, is it what cause the issue?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share the full screenshot of the configuration of your flow and the Create file action?

Could you please enable the Azure AD connection to see if the issue could be solved?

Or please take a try to create a new flow to see if the issue still exists?

Have your problem been solved?  If yes, please go ahead and mark the post as solved by clicking “Accept as Solution” so that this thread will be marked for other users to easily identify!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I want to see the screenshot of the flow instead of the run history of the flow.

And have you take a try to create a new flow?

    Best Regards,

    Alice

@v-alzhan-msft , sorry for the misunderstanding.

This is actually a new flow that I recreate.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I couldn't find any issue in your flow, and if the error code 502 appears, the failure is temporary or transient.

I suggest that you could contact Microsoft for support if you want to solve the problem quickly.

    Best Regards,

    Alice

@v-alzhan-msft Thank you so much for your reply.
I am trying to find a support from Microsoft but since my Office 365 plan is purchased from Godaddy.
I can't even contact Microsoft support agent. Could you help tell me how can I get helps from Microsoft?

    Thank you.
