SharePoint - Extract Folder Step - 403 Error

I am currently get a 403 error on a SharePoint - Extract Folder Step.  I think this is a similar issue to this Sharepoint / DownloadZip action error / DaxOnline
 
But I don't know how to create the HTTP step to do the same thing as the extract folder step.  Can someone help me please?

    Have you double checked the value of your Path dynamic content property, does that include the name of the zip (with the extension)?
     
    In previous setups I always used the Full Path property instead of the Path property. And from which action are you retrieving that Path property? (Can you share a screenshot of your entire cloud flow setup?)
     
    Below is an example of using the Full Path property and a hard-coded value (which in both cases includes the filename.zip part as well).
