    Hi @Eben98 ,

    Thanks for posting this question.

Do you need to extract fields from all the 70 pages or just from a few pages? If not for the 70 pages, I would recommend to split the PDF and upload for training only the pages from the doc where you need to extract information.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @JoeF-MSFT ,

Next, I am planning to do that. But the pdf I uploaded satisfies the given requirements.

Form processing works on input documents that meet the following requirements:

    • JPG, PNG, or PDF format (text or scanned). Text-embedded PDFs are better, because there won't be any errors in character extraction and location.
    • If your PDFs are password-locked, you must remove the lock before submitting them.
    • The combined file size of the documents used for training per collection must not exceed 50 MB, and PDF documents shouldn't have more than 500 pages.
    • For images, dimensions must be between 530 × 100 and 4200 × 4200 pixels.
    • For PDF files, dimensions must be at most 17 x 17 inches, corresponding to Legal or A3 paper sizes and smaller.
    • If scanned from paper documents, scans should be high-quality images.
    • Must use the Latin alphabet (English characters).

I am wondering why the Ai builder didn't detect that particular pdf.

    Best Wishes,

    Eben.

Hi, I'm currently facing the exact same issue/error. Did splitting up the documents and uploading only the pages containing the required information work? Or did you find another solution?

    Hi, @JoeF-MSFT !

    I get the same error.
I'm testing in different accounts and different models. My license was updated Monday.

My PDF has only 4 pages, the problem continues on new models. I can't train anything.

This print is a new model created today with 5 PDFs for training.
