3. Convert Word to PDF with eSign field
4. Route to approver for signature.
5. Route to new higher for signature
6. Return completed signed PDF to requestor.

You can generate a job offer letter like this.
Create automated Attendee certificates using Power Automate - Powering your Apps (sudeepghatak.com)
You could then use the DocuSign or Adobe sign actions to obtain a digital signature.
