PAD Browser Automation Flow suddenly erroring: "Failed to wait for page to load..."

I have a PAD browser automation flow that has worked well over many runs. The flow uses a loop to perform some data entry tasks hundreds of times each time I run it.

Sometime since I last ran it successfully (a few weeks ago), something appears to have changed in how PAD interacts with Edge. I can start the flow now, and it may run though a couple iterations of the loop, but then it will stop with an error of "Failed to wait for page to load. Page didn't load or lost communication with browser." After encountering this a couple times, I then stepped through the flow manually in edit mode, and when I eventually encountered this error, I could see no issue with what the browser had done--everything visually appears fine. The page load triggered by the step that PAD declared an error on took a normal amount of time.

I have already ensured that PAD is fully updated, and I removed and reinstalled the PowerAutomate browser extension (and restarted the computer after all of this). Any ideas why this error is happening now?

    Hi there!

It's been buggy lately and the first resolution path I normally take is to simply change the browser to FireFox, you only have to update 1 action.  Resolves 100% of the time.

Thanks Tom, switching to Firefox is working without issue so far (gone through the loop about 50 times without error so far, previously had always failed within 5 iterations). I assumed that staying in the MS universe would be most compatible/supported, but clearly something has gone wrong with PAD/Edge compatibility.
