Rename the Actions in Power Automate Desktop

How to rename actions in Power Automate Desktop? It is possible in the Power Automate Cloud version.

For e.g., I have below 3 actions. I want to rename the 2nd action. Currently, it is "Convert datetime to text". I want to rename this to "Format Datetime".

It is really difficult to track the action when the complexity increases.

No, you can't do that. Best thing to do if things are getting complex is put comments in the flow.

You can use labels or comments instead: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/actions-reference/flowcontrol

The suggestion that we enter separate "comment" actions to document the flow is ridiculous.  It automatically doubles the size of ever flow, making it MORE complicated and LESS readable than just fixing the description of the action to say what's really going on.  And, to make matters worse, if you use an action like "Get details of element on web page", the description below it is autogenerated based on the element you select during the initial creation of the action. If you use the "Add UI Element" feature, the CSS selector is long and cumbersome.  So if you switch to the "Text editor" and enter your own selector (which might be very simple, or complex depending on your business logic) and click save, the description below the Action title is NOT updated to reflect your changed CSS.  So now the description is completely misleading.  Plus, your changes CSS might use variables defined earlier in the flow.  So I would like to change the description from something long and undecypherable like "Get attribute "HRef' of element 'Heading 5 'Asset...Release Matrix'4 on web page and store it into Url" to something human readable like "Get URL from Release Matrix link under Heading identified by ID matching my variable HeadingID and store into variable Url" or words to that effect.
