Hi All,

Got some strange experience today when updating a topic as it keeps telling me that the "End of Conversation" system topic is no longer available. See attachment below.

Anyone else having the same experience?

Hi fernandosilva ,

Microsoft frequently updates Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio. Sometimes the interface doesn't sync correctly after updates. Try refreshing the page or clearing the cache in your browser to see if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support or opening a ticket through the admin portal.
