"The flow that is triggered only when a SharePoint file is created or modified (properties only) is no longer starting. When I check the run history, errors continue to appear in the failed trigger checks. The flow had been working correctly until a few days ago. The trigger error shows 'policy_enforced'. Please explain the cause of why the trigger is not firing and how to resolve it.

    If you’re still looking for help, could you share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration and a screenshot of a flow run that shows the error? When you open the failed run, click into Outputs on the action that failed; the detailed error message there is often much more helpful than what the main workflow error shows. Including that text in your post will make it much easier for people to assist.

    Also, if your trigger uses trigger conditions, please share those as well.

    Your question has likely gone unanswered because the community doesn’t yet have enough information to diagnose the issue. The more detail you can provide, the quicker someone can help.
