Copied flow that works to monitor shared mailbox reporting inbox doesn't exist

I copied a working flow to monitor an inbox for emails with attachments and then upload them to azure blob so I can transcribe voicemails. So I copied the flow and put in a new email address to monitor.  When testing nothing is detected.  Flow checker reports this error.  "The specified object was not found in the store., Default folder Inbox not found."
I ran Get-MailboxPermission -Identity "sharedbox im monitoring" | where {$_.User -match "service_account"}

Identity             User                 AccessRights                                                                                                                                        IsInherited Deny
--------             ----                 ------------                                                                                                                                        ----------- ----
Sharedmailbox… Service@mydomain.com… {FullAccess}

Then this to confirm that my service account has access, and the inbox of the sharedmailbox exists.  and this confirms it does.
PS C:\Users\adam.abel> Get-MailboxFolderStatistics -Identity "sharedbox" | Where-Object {$_.FolderType -eq "Inbox"}

Still won't work same error.
So I rebuilt the flow from scratch and I'm getting the same error.  I'm at a bit of a lose as to what to check or do next.
I know the shared mailbox is 100% working as I added my personal account to full access and send as rights.  I get email and I can send email just fine.

    We need more details to help you! Please share a screenshot of your flow, showing the configured actions. If there’s an error, tell us which action failed and include the error message. Be careful not to include any sensitive or personal information. This will help us understand the issue and provide a solution faster. Thank you!

    It sounds like the permissions are fine, so the issue is usually with how the connection is set up inside the flow. When you copy a flow that watches a shared mailbox, the trigger often keeps the old connection behind the scenes even if you change the email address. In those cases Power Automate looks for the Inbox under the wrong account and throws the “Inbox not found” error.
    The first thing to try is removing the existing connection from the trigger completely, then add a fresh connection that uses the service account which has full access to the shared mailbox. After that, reselect the shared mailbox from the dropdown. This normally fixes the folder lookup.
    If that still doesn’t work, check if the account you’re using actually opens the shared mailbox in Outlook on the web. If Outlook on the web can see the Inbox, Power Automate should be able to see it as well. If it doesn’t appear there, then it means the mailbox is not being auto-mapped and you may need to open it manually once.
    A screenshot of the trigger configuration would help too, just make sure to hide any sensitive info. That will make it easier to point out what might be causing the folder issue.
