Hi guys,
 
Is it only me, or the toggle for the field like:
1. Make this field optional, with unchecked box icon
2. Make this field required, with checked box icon
 
is FRUSTATINGLY confusing ? 
 
 
What do we need to see actually ? the wording ? or the checked ?

    Checking the box makes the field required. Checked boxes are always true/yes and unchecked boxes are also false/no. When looking at the box, ask yourself, is the box checked?
