Absolute beginner here trying to create a flow that sends a birthday greeting email to my students.
I have checked and triple checked that the date of birth column is in actual date format and not saved as text, but power automate still reads them as text string, example shown below:

How Power Automate is seeing them:
I am not proficient enough to format the array in Power Automate, is there an easy fix to this issue?
In the Excel connector's "advanced options" set the "Date Time Format" to "ISO 8601".
