Populate a Microsoft Word template - Status code 200

I want to populate a date field using Populate a Microsoft Word template, but it gives me a status code 200 and it is not putting the date in the word document file. Am I doing something wrong?
 
Template is stored on a SharePoint library
 
Title/tag = LastReviewDate
