Flow Keeps Failing

Hi,

I have a flow to automatically save PDFs from my work email into a desktop folder. It's been working great for months, but this week it keeps failing. It says it's a Network Error but I can't see any other details. When I try to create a new flow, it won't save - it gives me this error message: The request timed out. The tracking Id is '841c8c91-1232-4fcd-85ae-8d14129e3073'. My coworker has the exact same flow set up and his is working fine.

Can anyone help? I'm not sure how to fix this.

Thank you

Please share a screen shot of your flow. Also look at the flow run and let us know which action timed out. The action will often show additional error information if you look into the run.

Hi @David_MA, I've attached three screenshots - two of my flow, and one of the run history. I hope this is what you're looking for, please let me know if I can share anything else.

Since all those failures are from the same day, July 23, which is when there was an issue with Power Automate, I would try submitting items with a newer run. You can view details of last week's issue at Service Health | Power Platform admin center under the service health tab and then filtering to resolved issue. The issue related to Power Automate is ID FL1437452

Since you are getting a network error, I would contact Microsoft support, which you can do through your admin center. A network error is not something the community is going to be able to resolve. However, can you open a failed run and show what action failed. The action that failed may have additional details about why it failed that we then may be able to provide a solution.

In your initial post you noted a timeout issue. Opening one of the failed runs and seeing which action failed should show if an action is timing out. If there is an action timing out (or even if it has another error), share a screen shot of the failed action and how it has been configured. A timeout is usually caused by something not being configured correctly.

David thank you so much for your help! It turns out I had a bad folder path, I went in and changed it and now my flow is running again. Thank you again.
