    Hi Amit,

Yes, both are possible in Copilot Studio.

    1. Usage / query resolution reporting

Open your agent in Copilot Studio → Analytics. You can review conversation outcomes such as Resolved, Escalated, Abandoned, and Unengaged, along with overall agent usage and performance.

One important point: “Resolved” is generally measured at the conversation/session level, rather than simply counting every individual question as solved or unsolved. For more detailed analysis, you can also use conversation transcript data stored in Dataverse.

    2. Multiple co-owners/editors

You can share the agent with multiple users for collaborative development.

Open the agent → Share → Add users and provide the appropriate editing permissions.

The users also need the required permissions in the Power Platform environment to author the agent.

    Hope this helps!

Hello @AS-20081732-0 - You can access the usage/performance details of an agent using the following navigation:
    • Sign in to Copilot Studio.
    • Open your agent and go to the Monitor tab.
    • From there, you can review agent usage, conversations, effectiveness, outcomes, and other performance metrics.
The Monitor page provides aggregated information about how the agent is performing and allows you to drill down into usage and session-level details

For your second requirement, I would recommend adding the agent to a solution as part of your ALM process, especially if multiple team members will be developing and deploying it across environments.

However, if your requirement is specifically to provide multiple users with edit access to the agent, you can share the agent directly:
    • Sign in to Copilot Studio.
    • Open your agent.
    • Select the three dots (...) → Share.
    • Add the required users and assign the appropriate permission.
For collaborative development, assign them Editor access. Editor permissions allow users to edit, configure, share, and publish the agent.
