Hello Community,

I have built an Agent in Copilot studio and connected a dedicated SharePoint folder as a Knowledge source. It works well for my use case, as the agent responds to my queries by searching that folder.

I am considering to share this Agent with all my colleagues and they would have their own dedicated SharePoint folders.

Is there a way for this Agent to ask for a sharepoint folder and then read from it so that everyone can use it with their own group of data/SharePoint folders?

No, there is no way to dynamically do this, UNLESS you only use Flows to grab the data, in which case you would use environment variables.

But for a knowledge source, no its not supported yet.
