I am getting an error message from a few flows in a single environment that does not appear to have any DLPs assigned and is not part of an environment group. This error is happening on several flows using a FS trigger.
Request blocked due to DLP policies for tenantId '<omitted>', environmentId '<omitted> and 'filesystem'. Last refresh: 2026-03-02T00:29:35.1557755+00:00.

I have removed the environment from any environment groups and have removed the environment from DLPs. I have created new flows using a new FS connector in this environment with a FS action and get a similar error:
Action 'Get_file_content_using_path' failed: Request blocked due to DLP policies for tenantId '<omitted>', environmentId '<omitted>' and 'filesystem'. Last refresh: 2026-03-02T00:29:35.1557755+00:00.

This error does not occur on similar flows in another environment on the same tenant.

Any clue on what might be happening?
