Planner task fails to create a link

I have an report request automation which creates a task in planner with a link that leads to the uploaded folder in SharePoint. This flow has been working in the past two years without and issue. Right now the planner link is failing to create with this error message:

    Hi   ,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community.

The old nested object format now fails silently or throws errors.

use the new action: “Add link to task”

Use: Planner → Add link to task

    • Link name: Folder
    • URL: your SharePoint folder URL

This is the most stable fix right now.

The Planner API no longer accepts the payload your flow is sending. A 403 in this scenario means that your flow is failing because Planner changed how task links must be written; update the References JSON or switch to the new “Add link to task” action to restore functionality.

I hope this helps resolve the issue! If you need more specific guidance, feel free to ask.

You are getting this error because your organization may have recently updated the DLP Access policy. Due to that, Power Automate is no longer allowing the file download from the "OneDrive for Business - Get file content" action. Please check with your Admin Team regarding this.
Just to clarify, your current process is something like this:

    #1. MS Form gets submitted
    #2. Flow triggers
#3. SharePoint list item gets created
#4. Attachment from OneDrive/Forms gets uploaded into SharePoint Attachment column

    My understanding is correct?

If yes, then since the Get file content action itself is failing, the attachment upload to SharePoint will also fail because the flow cannot access/download the file content from the OneDrive due to DLP Policy.

As a workaround, instead of downloading/uploading the attachment, you can:
#1. Use Create share link - One Drive Action
#2. Generate the file URL directly from OneDrive
#3. Store the file link to SharePoint if needed
    #4. Use this link planner
