MultipleErrorOccured when using approval

Hi all,

Hope you're doing good.

I have an error that i never saw before and don't understand how to solve it.

I have a Teams document library. When i click a button ( json button) corresponding to a document, it opens a powerapp in which i can fill some additional metadata. Once i click submit button in the app, a workflow starts asking for the site owners to approve the file copy to another site.

The process itself works cause i'm using it for a few days already. But today, someone (Teams owner) tried to submit a document. The powerapps application opens, he fills the metadata and hits "submit".

The workflow starts, fills some variables, collectes the Teams owners emails for the approval , it gets to the approval and it crashes.

The error message i get is

" Badrequest. The request failed. Error code : MultipleErrorsOccured . Error message : Multiple errors occures : Badrequest, Badrequest. Please see details . "

The thing is there are not details, no other explanation, nothing. It just stops at the approval.

The point is...this workflow works. I even tested it again on another Teams. But with this Teams ...it doesn't.
It picks up the people for the approval and it stops on the approval action with this error. If i add a new document, same thing.

Did anyone have this error before ?

Thanks a lot for your help

To better assist you with your Power Automate issue, could you please provide a screenshot of your flow, specifically showing how the action(s) are configured? If you are encountering any errors, please indicate which action failed and include the error message(s) you received and its configuration. This information will help us diagnose the problem more effectively. Thank you!

    Hello,

Sorry for coming back so late.

In fact i figured out the reason why few hours after writing this post.

My client uses different environments, based on some internal divisions.
The thing is users from a division are working on sensible data and have been told not to share anything with other divisions.
Of course, users carefully listen to what they are told and some of them decided to add "external" people to their Teams...
Those users not being part of the security groups, not even to the environment caused the issue.

The "MultipleErrorOccured" represents, in fact, multiple users not being part of the environment trying to execute or being requested to an action from a flow.

    voila !

    Have a good day !!
