Retreive Outlook Email Objects Are Not Avaialble

Hello Everyone,

I am using Power Automate Desktop and have all my corporate emails (from Exchange Server 2019 On-Premises) set up in my Outlook app (Office 365 Desktop). My Office 365 accounts and tenants are registered under the abc.com domain, but my emails are under the abc.com.tr domain, which is not registered in Office 365. I am currently using Power Automate Desktop with my abc.com account.

Given this setup, when I attempt to retrieve emails from Outlook, the embedded objects and properties are not available. I only see one variable named RetrievedEmails, which does not contain underlying details such as Email_ID, Sender Address, Body, Subject, and other key attributes.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I attached the SS too

Best regards,

I have the same question (0)

Retrieve email messages -action returns a list and not just one email with properties and thats why the dynamic variable picker does not suggest you any properties. You need to put the list into a loop and use the CurrentItem so that the flow suggests single items attributes.

    Power Fx:

Or you could just write it yourself and choose the item index. In regular flow (non power fx enabled) you can use %RetrievedEmails[0].Subject% to get the subject or changes the subject to any other attribute you want. The [0] is the index of the list item (index starts from 0 in regular flow) so this would return first emails subject

With Power Fx you could use First expression:
    =First(RetrievedEmails).Subject
