I can only add agents that I created to my "orcherstrator" agent

My team has great agents for different features on my LOB.  I want to create an orchestrator that can call the other agents as tools. I was only able to add agents that I have created and so my coworkers with theirs.  I spent a good amount of time with publishing, sharing and others as suggested by different IA's with no luck.  Is that even possible?

    Hello,

    Yes, it is possible.

    The specialist agents must be in the same environment, published, and configured to allow other agents to connect to them. The orchestrator maker must also have maker/collaborator access to those agents. End-user sharing alone is not enough.
     
    After your coworkers share their agents with you as a collaborator, reopen the orchestrator and add them through:
    Agents → Add an agent → Copilot Studio
    Also verify that Let other agents connect to and use this one is enabled in each specialist agent.

    I've been doing some research and even though the different solutions have been published and shared among users, when clicking on add agent, there is a message shown "unexpected server error" that does not occur when a user adds agents created by himself.  I am still testing but it looks like there is a roles/ permissions issue.
