I have a get items filter which is not working properly. May i know where i am going wrong?

FCR and BC is a Yes/No column in SharePoint. I am checking if FCR/BC is false and also if FCR and BC is blank in the below filter check. Is my condition correct?

Get Items Filter
(Request_Status eq 'Approved') and (FCR eq 0 or FCR lt 0) and (BC eq 0 or BC lt 0)

I have the same question (0)

    Please try this:

(Request_Status eq 'Approved') and (FCR eq false) and (BC eq false)

    or

(Request_Status eq 'Approved') and (FCR eq 0) and (BC eq 0)

    Observeration on your solutions:

    • Yes/No columns in SharePoint are Boolean and can only be true or false. They cannot be blank or null.
    • To check if a Yes/No column is false, you simply check if the field equals false (or 0).
    • Checking for blank (null) on a Yes/No column is not applicable because it always has a value.
    • Your current filter (FCR eq 0 or FCR lt 0) is redundant because FCR can only be true (1) or false (0). The lt 0 part is unnecessary.

    Hi,

If you want records where FCR = No and BC = No

Use:  Request_Status eq 'Approved' and FCR eq false and BC eq false

    or

Request_Status eq 'Approved' and FCR eq 0 and BC eq 0

If you want records where FCR/BC are either No or Null
    Try:

    Request_Status eq 'Approved' and
(FCR eq false or FCR eq null) and
(BC eq false or BC eq null)

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution ✅ . If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up 👍.
    Regards,
