    HI @RK-10020629-0,

I found this approaches good for the issue you are facing. Let's check if you have followed the same or not.
    • Export or backup data: Save any critical data stored in that column before you delete it, because deletion permanently removes the data.
    • Remove dependencies: Open your table in the Power Apps Portal, and delete any views, forms, charts, or business rules that use this column.
    • Delete the column: Go to Columns, select the field you want to remove, click the three dots or delete option, and save the table.
    • Publish changes: Click Publish all customizations to make sure the deletion registers fully across the system.
    • Recreate the column: Create a new column with your desired display name and logical name.

In this thread Pawar Pravin - has a good suggestion.

    HI @RK-10020629-0,

If the above steps don't resolve the issue we need to dig down bit differently.
    • Metadata Cache Issue: We need to remove references to the deleted field that the system cache holds. To do so: CLEAR BROWSER CACHE + SIGN OUT and SIGN INTO into Power Apps maker portal. Also, If you have permission, please clear the environment cache from Power Platform Admin Center

    • Corrupted Customization or Solution: The field might be stuck in a solution or customization layer. If field exisits in unmanaged or managed solutions, lets remove it from there. Also, If the field was part of a managed solution, you may need to uninstall or update the solution.

    • Use Advanced Settings to Delete:

      • Go to Advanced Settings → Customizations → Customize the System → Entities. Locate the table and check if the field appears there. If visible, try deleting it from this interface.

    • Use PowerShell or API to Remove the Field:

      • Sometimes, using Power Platform PowerShell cmdlets or the Dataverse Web API to remove the attribute metadata can succeed where the UI fails.

    • Wait for System Sync:

      • Sometimes the system takes time to fully sync metadata changes. Waiting a few hours or a day can resolve ghost metadata issues.

    • Contact Microsoft Support:

      • If none of the above works, this is often a backend metadata corruption issue that requires Microsoft support intervention. Provide them the environment ID, table name, field logical name, and error code.

The column was probably deleted at the logical level, but a Dataverse customization/solution metadata reference is still exposing it in the designer. Treat this as a Dataverse metadata/solution cleanup issue, not as a regular column-deletion problem. If normal solution cleanup doesn't remove it, Microsoft Support may be required to repair the orphaned metadata.
