How can unblock Agent publish

I've created an agent, but the publishing is blocked by the organization policy. How can I unblock this?

Your agent includes a Tool: atlas-mcp-prod (custom / external connector) this is may causing the issue.

If a connector or tool is classified as Blocked (or Non-business in a restrictive policy) → publishing is blocked.

This is governance-controlled, You cannot unblock this as a maker it can be done by either Power Platform Admin or Environment Admin can make changes.

Ask your Power Platform Admin ( follow the governance process accordingly)

Open the policy applied to your environment (Security → Data + Privacy → Data Policies)

Check the connector (atlas-mcp-prod)

Move it to Business group (or at least not Blocked)

Save policy

Hi,

Via Power Platform Admin Center, you (or an admin) can check the data loss prevention policies. See also the documentation: Manage data policies - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn In case it is blocked, there might be a reason behind this, Then ask permission to get it removed.

If there is no policy found here, check if Copilot Studio is added to allowed connectors via Advanced connector policies - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

Hi @MS.Ragavendar @André Arnaud de Calavon, Thanks your reply. I just created a new agent without any connectors, it still show the publish blocking issue. The classical agent is good even though includes the atlas-mcp-prod tool, so I'm not sure about if the new version agent has some issues regarding to this.

Hi,

It might be due to the advanced connector policies on an environment group. By default Copilot Studio is not selected and thus blocked. You can check if this is your culprit and add that connector.

Hi, I've added all the related items to Microsoft Copilot Studio, but I still can't publish. Could we check where and what violate the policy. I can see the download details button in the error tip modal, but I can't download the it which there is no response when click the button.
