1. First you get all the files from Downloads folder in the newest to last order.
2. Then "Launch Excel" use the first Files -item like this: %Files[0]%
3. Then you read all the data from the Excel that was just opened into %ExcelData% -variable.
4. Launch another Excel to open the Excel that you want to paste the data to
5. Get first free row from that Excel
6. Write the data from the first Excels variable (%ExcelData%) to the second Excels first free row.
"Get files in folder" -action use Advanced options to sort it by "Last modified" and decending order to get the newest file to be the first item in the %Files% -list.
This is regular flow not power fx enabled flow btw
