Error: "Bing Search will not work in your environment"

Hey, I developed a bot in the development environment with the web search capability enabled.
I exported the bot as a solution and imported it into the production environment.
Now, when I try to publish it, I get the following error:

        "errorMessage": "Bing Search will not work in your environment."
      }

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @mohammadsorkhia,

What do you mean by “web search capability enabled”?
Are you using a custom Bing Search API under Knowledge sources, or is “Use information from the Web” toggled ON in your agent settings?

Check that the production environment hasn't had Bing Search disabled in the Environment settings > Generative AI features. Its at the very bottom in the right column. I suspect that has been turned off in production.

It appears that this setting is no longer available under Settings -> Generative AI settings. Any idea where this is controlled from now? I have makers who are getting this same error.
