I have to add the sales order line as a knowledge for copilot using copilot studio but it's popup. I have tried different names for lines and sales order header popup correctly.

Hi ,

Yes i have also noticed the same.

We can view the Quote line details and Invoice line details. But cannot find the Order Line details. May be we can raise to Microsoft regarding this.

Anyhow you still have workaround to achieve it. More than using the knowledge source directly here, we tried using Custom Prompt with AI builder and connect to dataverse tables. By which we will be able to modify the responses to a larger extent.

Below is how a Custom Prompt creation looks like.
