Hi everyone,
I’m working on a Power Automate flow in our Dataverse environment and need some help.
When a new record is created in the GDCH Enrolment table (custom table: schn_enrolment), I want to:
schn_enrolment
Find the associated Contact record linked to that enrolment.
Get the WSU ID from that Contact.
Search for other Contact records in the Dataverse that have the same WSU ID.
Once found, update the "Last Enrolled" field on their Graduate Diploma in Child Health Enrolment record(s).
I'm stuck on how best to structure the query for finding the other Contacts with the same WSU ID and updating related enrolment records. Has anyone done something similar?
Any suggestions, examples, or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
