Create and share a custom connector in Power Automate cloud (for your API you want everyone to use).
In PAD, use the Invoke Web Service action to call that API endpoint using the same authentication your custom connector expects.
store the API’s base URL and auth details centrally in environment variables or a config file so all PAD flows use the same values.
optionally wrap the API call in a cloud flow that uses the custom connector, then trigger that from PAD so PAD doesn’t handle auth itself.
This gives you a central API integration that all desktop flows can use consistently
