Hiya,

New to Power Automate, so appologise!

In PA, I am trying to connect to Microsoft Forms and to my Outlook, asking me to sign into each, and shows this error:

Failed with error: 'Test connection failed. Details: Unauthorized clientRequestId: ec65c3bd-04ba-603c-134d-9c43c4533085 serviceRequestId: 2cbdf2b7-424b-fbcf-3cb2-499fa6584d1b'. Please sign in again.

Does this mean I don't have the correct profile to use Power Automate?

This error appears to have to do with your credentials and/or the license.

Where does the error occur (what connector)?

Are you leveraging a work or school account to do this, or a personal account?

I would suggest that you close your browser, clear your cache, then re-open in private or incognito. Log back into PA, then try to add your connections.
