Confluence as knowledge source not working

Posted on by 2

Hello,

I am developing an internal custom Copilot that should utilize internal data from Confluence to generate answers. I have created a Graph connector in MS 365 and connected an API Token in Confluence for an account with read permissions. This has been added as Knowledge in the Copilot Studio, and the status of the Confluence Knowledge in the Copilot Studio is “Ready” (green). However, I am not receiving any answers based on the Confluence data.

I have successfully connected OneDrive as Knowledge, and Copilot is using this data without issues.

Could you please provide suggestions on what to check or how to troubleshoot this issue?

Thank you.

I have the same problem. I have added an enterprise website to our graph. I have selected it as a knowledge source in copilot studio. I also see "ready" status. I’ve added ExternalItems.Read.All to my API permissions as delegated. I saw this work briefly and now is not working. Should I consider using Application permissions with the API configuration?
